If there is a dispute regarding the age of the child, the juvenile court or juvenile court shall determine the age of the child on the basis of the following documentsm-
(a) Date of birth mentioned in the birth certificate of the child issued by the hospital (b) If there is no certificate as per clause (a), the date of birth mentioned in the birth registration certificate issued by the office of the local registrar,
(c) If there is no certificate as per clause (b), the date of birth mentioned in the school character certificate or the date of birth mentioned at the time of enrollment in the school,
(d) If there is no certificate as per clause (c), age certified by a government hospital.
